Princess of the Stars

Just a random OC I drew during my freetime in class after I completed one of my finals. I call her Michiru. That day, all I could picture in my brain was a cute little girl with crazyg pastel hair and a big, fluffy tutu; and thus Michiru was born!
She may appear in other pieces. For now she was just something random that my brain decided to give birth to.
